We were delighted to welcome Mr McVeigh from Holy Trinity College Cookstown to deliver the Digital Schoolhouse workshop to our P5/6 class.
During the session, he taught the pupils about algorithms and their applications in computers. Mr. McVeigh emphasised that algorithms revolve around instructions, and to illustrate this concept, the students engaged in following instructions to perform various card tricks.
The workshop proved to be both educational and enjoyable, as the children gained insights into the significance of offering precise and sequential instructions.
