🎒Blessing of Our Schoolbags🎒
As the new academic year is getting underway, Monsignor Curry has invited all the boys and girls to attend Mass this Sunday (15th) at 10.30am, where he will confer a blessing on the children for the year ahead. This is a chance to bring God’s blessing on all the hopes and dreams every student and their families have for the year ahead.
Monsignor Curry has asked all the children to bring along their schoolbag and to put it on the altar at the beginning of Mass.
The children should sit with their parents/caregivers through the Mass and then come to the altar at the very end of Mass to reclaim their bag. Children do not need to wear their school uniforms.
