Mrs Hagan's Primary 4/5 class go to Moneymore Recreation Centre for gymnastics training with Joe Lagan.
Joe teaches the pupils the importance of "warming up" our muscles before exercise.
Today, we have been learning forward rolls, teddy bear rolls, frog leaps, back stretches and jumping on the trampette.
Lots more fun to look forward to in the next 5 weeks.
