Our Principal, Mrs McIntyre led us into World Book Day with an assembly, where we watched a short clip from Poet Laureate Lauren Child, who gave us great advice about the importance and value of reading.
This year, our pupils dressed up as famous characters from books and also took part in a sponsored readathon to raise funds for new Literacy resources.
Well done to everyone for their fundraising efforts. (Forms to be completed for next Friday please.)
