Wrap Around Care Provisions 2025-26

Dear Parents,

We are delighted to be able to continue to offer our “Breakfast Club” this year. Over the last number of our pupils have thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and extensive variety of breakfast items on offer and the warm and welcoming environment, and many parents have found the service extremely useful in helping with childcare arrangements.

To try and further assist with families' expensive childcare costs and to create greater flexibility for parents, the school has also developed an extended service of wrap around care for all pupils. On Monday 1st September our “Breakfast Club & After Schools” provision will commence, and all pupils are welcome to avail of the service.

Parents can avail of “Breakfast Club” from 8am, “Stay and Play” from 2-3pm and “Afterschool Club” from 3-4.30pm.

I have outlined the costings for each of these services below. There will be a 10% discount for families.

I would ask that any parent who is considering using the Breakfast Club and/or Afterschool Provision at any point in the year, must complete a registration form below. There is a registration fee of £5 per family, this will allow us to plan appropriate supervision depending on the number of pupils.
Payments can then be made each day/end of the week via our Parent Pay App.
